ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS. When you use the Solvent Plus Website, including by providing an electronic mail address for any reason, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to Solvent Plus, you may be communicating with us electronically. By doing so, you consent to receive communications from Solvent Plus or its affiliates electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on the Solvent Plus Website site or through any other means from Solvent Plus and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing unless otherwise prohibited by law. You further agree that you are the sole user of any electronic mail account or electronic device that you use to communicate with Solvent Plus, that you have sole access to that account or device, and that the e-mail address associated with that electronic mail account is not furnished or owned by your employer. If you do not wish to receive electronic communications from Solvent Plus, you may opt out of such communications by contacting us using the information provided at the bottom of this page.

CALLS AND COMMUNICATIONS TO YOU USING A MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER. If you provide a mobile telephone number to Solvent Plus, you consent to receiving calls, prerecorded messages, or other communications of any kind whatsoever, at that number or on a device connected to or associated with that number, from Solvent Plus using an automatic telephone dialing system, auto-dialer, or predictive dialer. The ways in which you provide Solvent Plus a telephone number may include, but are not limited to, providing a telephone number in an e-mail, text message or other communication to Solvent Plus, adding a telephone number to your Account on the Solvent Plus Website, providing it to an Solvent Plus employee, or by contacting Solvent Plus from that phone number. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PROVIDE THIS CONSENT AND YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE THIS CONSENT AT ANY TIME. TO REFUSE TO PROVIDE THIS CONSENT OR TO REVOKE YOUR CONSENT, YOU MAY CALL 888-266-3998 OR EMAIL AT customercare@solventplus.com.
3a. Subscriber text messaging originator opt-in data and consent details will not be shared with any third parties except when explicitly authorized by the subscriber.
3b. By providing us with your mobile number and opting-in, you give Solvent Plus, LLC permission to send you account-related text messages, like payment reminders and notifications, as well as promotional messages, like special offers and discounts, in conjunction with the services you have requested. Number and frequency of messages will vary by account. Message and data rates may apply. To opt-out, text STOP to any text message we send you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you. To request support, text HELP to any text message we send you or email us at customercare@solventplus.com. If your handset does not support MMS, any MMS messages sent may be delivered as SMS messages.
